Jeff Pitcel is a Certified FocalPoint Business and Executive Coach. He works with small and medium-sized businesses to help them achieve their potential. His focus is helping leaders achieve work/life balance, creating a roadmap for growth, and developing a robust and saleable business.
Before joining FocalPoint, Jeff was Vice President of Operations and held a variety of other finance and operational roles over 30 years. He used this experience helping companies of various sizes build strong teams and develop achievable growth and improvement plans. Jeff uses his experience and background to help small to medium size businesses succeed while having the work and family balance allowing more time give back to his community.
Jeff earned his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Jeff loves the outdoors, specifically fishing, and golf.
